At ZyraCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items (not due to our fault) cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Item

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
